Medical Therapeutic Yoga

"Medical Therapeutic Yoga applies yoga principles philosophy with the science of physical therapy as a complementary therapy in treating health problems. Yoga promotes an overall balanced lifestyle of health and well-being. Yoga provides a holistic approach to healing and shifts the focus of physical therapy to self empowered healing. Medical research shows it is among the most effective complementary therapies in treating health problems."

Physical Therapy

"Physical therapists are licensed health professionals who have extensive training and knowledge of the body. These skills are used to assess, diagnose and treat a variety of injuries and symptoms. Through patient education you are empowered to learn ways to prevent injury or how to manage symptoms when injury occurs. Physical Therapy uses science-based treatment methods to help you restore and maintain optimal physical function.
